ProServe Electronic Price Update (EPU) bolt-on to FACTS makes this process much easier, faster and 100% accurate. All you need is FACTS version 7.3 or higher, a pricing file from your vendor, and MS Excel. That’s it.

Aberdeen Group Names Infor The Most Influential Private Technology Company In The World - Friday, July 17, 2009
 


Infor has announced that an Aberdeen Group survey of more than 1600 business leaders in 36 countries ranks Infor the most influential private technology company. The survey, part of Aberdeen’s "2009 State of the Market: Mid Year Insights Report,” ranks the top 25 technology vendors that had the most influence over respondents’ companies over the last year. This year Infor moved up 5 spots to number 13 overall and is the only privately-held company to make the list.

“The 2009 State of the Market: Mid-Year Insights Report" highlights the best practices and recommended actions for managing customers, employees, products, services, and information technology in today's volatile market. Aberdeen determined the top technology vendors by asking survey respondents to identify the three technology companies that have the largest influence on their day-to-day operations. Infor received the 13th highest number of mentions, ahead of AT&T, Intel and Adobe, among others.

Infor Announces Newest Module for FACTS v7.6 - Thursday, October 30, 2008

Document Archive Management - Not to be confused with the Archive Module, this new module allows internal FACTS documents and external documents (I.E. Customer PO's) to be automatically attached to its associated process in FACTS.  It can significantly reduce the amount of paper you use, or file. 

See all sales order documents printed: the original pick ticket, any subsequent reprints or changes, scanned in copies that have been written on by warehouse personnel, printed invoice, scanned in proof of delivery.  You can see the full flow of the order using a Browser Based Interface.

From within a Customer inquiry you can click on a hyperlink and pull up any previously printed statement, reprint it or attach it in an email.

Drill down from item ledgercards, directly to the Daily Sales Register or PO Receipt Register.  Click on the hyperlink to call up the document and/or invoice.

AP Invoices from vendors can be scanned in and linked to the AP Document register.

ACP Chemical and Canadawide are located in Montreal, Quebec.  As Canadian companies, they have requirements specific to regulations in their country.  Infor ERP FACTS proved to have the defined business flow they need, but with the flexibility to handle the uniqueness of their company and also the Canadian requirements.  Both companies will be going live with the latest version of FACTS currently at v7.7.

ProServe acquires PSO software to extend customer service reach beyond the phone. - Wednesday, November 18, 2009

This new software will help us provide more timely and precise technical support to our customers.  All technical support issues will be logged with a service ticket number that will be reflected on all contact relating to the support requested.  Support can be logged into our systems and prioritized accordingly by sending an email to a monitored address.  All emails to this address are automatically put into our support queue and assigned a support ticket number to be used for tracking through completion.

By logging all our support services, we will be creating a large knowledge-base of common issues per product, per customer.  This will allow us to tailor a support plan that best fits your common issues, in turn, save you money on supporting your software.  This will be achieved by making recommendations on training for common questions asked, thereby reducing the amount of supported needed in those troublesome areas. 

In the next few weeks, look for announcements regarding procedural changes to our support services.  We are excited to extend our support services to our customers, beyond the phone.
